Plan Details
Credit card & Direct Debit are payable 2 months in advance on establishment (ie your connection fee plus current month plus "1 month held in advance") then monthly thereafter. BPAY is quarterly in advance (ie your connection fee plus 2 months access plus "1 month held in advance") then monthly thereafter.
¹Any excess downloads will be charged at $0.08/MB until a ceiling limit is reached this is as follows. Maximum monthly cost for Elight is $54.90, Emedium $64.90 Efast $104.90
²Speed is reduced to 72 kbps once the Monthly Allowance is reached. Speed can be resumed if requested and additional
data is charged at $8/Gb
^The bonus Data is available 7 days a week from 1am - 8am. If your connection is shaped for exceeding your shaping limit it will also be shaped during the bonus data times. ³AUP may be enforced if it shown that an individual service is impacting on quality of Network, Abuse, or in breach of

Plans are subject to a 6 month "no-lockin" contract. Early Termination fee of $99 applies within the first 6 months and 30 days notice of account termination is also applicable. *Termination Fee may apply if 6 month contract is not complete.
